Host was amazing! It was very cute and themed perfectly! Smaller than I expected in living areas. Very functional though. Basement bedroom was cold this time of year (February). Upstairs rooms were comfy. All bathrooms were spotless! Very cool idea!

We absolutely loved our stay in Littleton, The house was so cute and set up perfectly. It had everything we needed and made our trip stress-free. The space was cozy and welcoming. Brandon was super quick to respond anytime we reached out, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Although the artwork was Bachelorette themed, we had a boys trip here and it was perfect! Lots of fun activities and a great space for our group. I appreciate Brandon's response time to all of our questions. He always responded quickly.

Great house for our group of 8, lots to do at the house and nearby. House was clean and well stocked. The TV in the living room didn’t work despite a lot of trouble shooting. Might be time to replace? Otherwise an excellent stay!

Great spot for a girls chill getaway- during a cold winter weekend! Check in was very easy! Plenty of street parking. The house was very clean. Very colorful and nice vibe. Good location- pretty quiet neighborhood for being so close to lots of places to eat and shop. The hot tub was the icing. Clean and hot! Cover was super light and easy to remove which was key in the single digit temps! Beds were comfy enough, kitchen well stocked. Everything was in good working order, and as described. Check out process was minimal and simple as well! Would recommend this place.

This house was perfect for our family ski trip located in a safe, lovely neighborhood. It’s close to the Denver airport and not far from Breckenridge! The house was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. There were even spices, olive oil that we could use! We loved how the house was decorated with bright colors, each bedroom had character! My kids loved the movie theater! Thank you Brandon for a lovely stay! I give 5 stars all around!

Amazing location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Shiloh Street. The home was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast while eating with an incredible view. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back for future visits. Highly recommend!

We had a great visit to Seattle at this 4 story house with a nice roof deck! The place was exactly as pictured, each bedroom has its own floor with private bath. Everything was modern and recently renovated, including the kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. We had a small issue at check in, our host resolved it immediately. Brandon was friendly and responsive before and throughout our stay. There's good restaurants, coffee shops and bars in walking distance. A quick drive or Uber will get you to all the major Seattle attractions, it's very hilly in Seattle. Note - do not miss Chihuly Garden and Glass! We had no issues with street parking. It's a nice neighborhood near the college. The gas firepit and grill on the roof deck were a big plus, on a clear day you have great views of the city and mountains. The sunsets up there are amazing. We'd definitely stay here again, great experience for us.

This was the best house! Beautifully decorated, super clean and perfect for a few friends new to town. I had the best time at Pranav’s! I would definitely recommend and reserve this house again!!
